Privacy at Craft

Clear, proportionate and human-controlled.

Craft is being designed for employee development, so privacy and explainability are product requirements rather than afterthoughts. This page explains how the current website works and the principles that will guide every pilot.

The current website

This website does not contain employee profiles, accept work uploads or provide public access to the Craft product. It does not use an advertising tracker or maintain a website enquiry database.

When you contact us

If you email Craft, the information in your message is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential pilot. Your email provider and ours will process that message under their own policies.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process routine technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Principles for Craft pilots

  • Employees can see and respond to development conclusions.
  • Feedback is named and attributable, not anonymous.
  • AI recommendations remain explainable and human-confirmed.
  • Original work can remain under the company’s existing permissions.
  • Craft does not create hidden employee rankings.

Each pilot will have its own agreed data handling, access and retention arrangements before employee information is processed.
